We have had caregivers of this agency on and off as needed for our Mom, different levels of care, I believe 5 or 6 different aides meanwhile in the last 3 years as the level of care and attention changed and every single one was amazing in her own way. Coordinator Alejandra Sanchez is always available if you have an issue or need, always on point scheduling, very pro-active and you, respectively your Mom or Dad, will be in good hands.
I can’t say enough good things about One Care Companion and the owner Alejandra Sanchez. The caregivers show genuine kindness, patience, and compassion every day. They treat my mom with dignity and warmth, which means so much to me and my family. What stands out even more is that the owner is always available-responsive, supportive, and clearly dedicated to both clients and families. I’m deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them. ☺️

One Care Companion's owner and operator, Ale was instrumental in arranging for my elderly day to return home for his last hospital visit and remain home until his passing! Without her very quick work to find caregivers he would have been sent to an assisted living facility. Ale cares deeply in finding the right caregiver and always listens! A rare and much needed trait for all of us! I am so very grateful to her and her amazing team of caregivers!
