I was deceived by the leasing office when signing my lease. I was told ohr utilities would be set up for us. The leasing agent did not set up our utilities, but left them in the complexes name. I was forced to move out of my apartment for my health and safety during my pregnancy, and for the health and safety of my two small children. We had a neighbor that smokes cigarettes and his cigarette smoke was seeping into our apartment and getting us all sick. The property manager Linda cares more about smokers rights to smoke than she does about others rights. We were charged exorbitant fees when we moved out and threatened that the fees would be put on our credit if not paid within 45 days.
