Kyle came out and looked at my water heater because some other co said I had a bad anode rod? He said that it was fine and did not need replacing. It's great to know that there are still people out there that are onset with you. Keep up the great work.
I have to give them 3 1/2 stars, I would have given 4 stars but was a bit disappointed when I went out back and saw the spot that was patched, and the cement didn't dry normally, it's not very attractive, and it looked like it should have dried correctly but it didn't. Also wasn't happy when I went out front and there were tire tracks on the side yard. It wouldn't have taken two minutes to fix that. Servicemen were on time. Determined the location of our water leak and had it fixed with a few hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We've used One Call in the past for more extensive repair work and I have always been pleased with their work. Highly recommend.
