I turned on my heat a few days before the coldest week of the winter and to my surprise it didn't work!! I called this company after reading reviews and they answered quickly and came out quickly. Very nice young man explained what he thought was wrong and luckily it was something simple and did not cost arm and leg. First off, they accepted my service call at 7:30 pm on a Friday and came out to my house on Saturday morning.
