Ross was professional,quick and very detailed with what had to be fixed.The price was affordable and I definitely will book again if needed.

Have used One Call for decades; since before they changed their name + moved to McDonough. I never post negative comments but hope this warns you. Imagine my surprise when the plumber AND another HVAC tech brought me pictures of my furnace with tape over splits telling me that's illegal! One tear was big + leaking cm! I'm disabled + unable to get to the basement. I told the new One Call technician when he came to do the Spring inspection. He left without talking to me. I am a long-time customer of One Call Heating and Cooling and can highly recommend their service. Kudos to their technician, Ross, who serviced my air conditioning unit. My unit is old and was not cooling properly. I am not ready to replace it at this time; however, Ross provided information on the type of refrigerant that would be compatible to use on my unit to fix the problem for now, and to buy me time until I have to replace it. I called to get a WiFi thermostat installed and everything was good until the tech showed up and took the thermostat off and I was explaining I needed the WiFi thermostat because my mother in law was starting to have memory problems and we needed to remotely monitor it. The technician then said the thermostat wasn’t WiFi type and said he would get me a price on a WiFi thermostat and put it back on went outside and came back and said that the price for installing one would be $369 with a $80 service charge.
