Be careful if you decide to go with this company. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. I waited a whole week after I made my initial phone call on what I needed to get done. If I had made the call, they would’ve never called me back. Then when I made the call, they sent a technician out after I had mentioned that I need to have the technician contact me before he goes out there. The job was very simple. Both the dispatcher and tech, Hugh Wingfield had great customer service and tech service was same day as requested, timely, and completely. I'm very satisfied! Will recommend again!
This company is great! They assisted me when my AC unit went out in my condo and were professional, respectful, and very communicative throughout the entire process. Hugh, Ross, and Darrick recently installed a new AC unit in my condo for me and treated me and my place with respect and kindness! They were very professional and communicative, I 100% recommend using this company and that team!
