Is this company even still open? Our unit, purchased in 2022 with a 10yr warranty and no one answers the phone, then the line is no longer in service, but the website is still up with no direction of whether or not the company closed. I need answers.
I hired this company three years ago to replace my central unit and when the blower motor went out three years later they refused to honor their contract with me due to some petty issues they were having with the York rep. They totally dishonest and mislead me. I would not recommend this company.
They did extensive work for us replacing H & A unit and work on the old system in our basement. For years we had fought flooding from the A/C drainage, they installed a pump solving that problem. Going with a larger unit left us needing a larger return. To avoid cutting into our wall inside the house they installed an additional smaller return at the site of the unit in our basement.
