A mistake was made with an Initial request to give me 40 minutes notice as to the arrival. Because this was missed the arrival time was very late in the day. Therefore not all projects were able to be completed. The major projects did get completed to my satisfaction. Once they were here I thought they were very profesional. I will call them again on future projects.
Some minor communications issues regarding time. Email confirmed start time upon which I relied, but a voice-message altered that. One Call would not answer the telephone or return my calls as I was trying to determine why they were late. Kim's unbelievably fast response on the front-end along with low per-hour rates for two workers were primary factors in selecting One Call from among 5 companies. Shannon did a great job and he helped us out on the weekend with very little notice. After this job, my husband hired him to do some work at his business.
I needed to have someone out on Labor Day. He showed up exactly on time and did a fantastic job. I plan to use One Call again for all my other "wife-assigned" electrical chores. :-) Thanks!

We had a pretty simple job of replacing outdated outlets in several rooms, 20 outlets total. These guys did a great job at a competitive price.
