Very professional. Nice. Work ethic is more than commendable.
Extremely customer service oriented. Arrived on time. Explained what the problem was, what caused the problem and what they would do to correct the problem. Short time later, I was back up and running! 2 days later, their son came and relocated two ceiling fans - was fast, efficient and worked clean!
I called them to install a ceiling fan. They were there when they said they would be. I had purchased the fan and Garrett (electrician) put the fan together and installed it to the ceiling. The fan worked but not the lights. He checked that electricity was going to the lights but that part was bad. I asked to him re-box the fan and I returned it from where I purchased it. I came back and he showed up in about 1/2 hour and went through the whole process again. It worked great and I was only charged the original price for one ... read more

Kim, from One Call Electric was the first to respond to my request for an electrician. She was very courteous and prompt with both an estimate and subsequent follow-up emails. My project, a new hot tub, required Shannon (my electrician) to come to the house twice, once for the intiail electrical wiring and the final time to wire up the hot tub after delivery.
