Mark is truly a DEDICATED professional. My silver car exhibits a luscious shimmer that was not there before, even when new. The man knows his stuff. If you fall into the 'I am a meticulous type A person' then he's your guy. You will be extremely pleased with the result: unless your are a jerk:)
