Had our A/C unit go out in the middle of the night, Rick and his son were there the next day and promptly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Not only were they courteous and knowlegeable, they were extremely fair on pricing and had the part right on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone on the island for prompt and great service. Thank you again gentlemen, A/C’s blowing cold and we are comfortable again!

Ricky and frank are the guys!!! I called them on a Friday mid day to come out and check our ac. They squeezed us at the end of the day and got us up and running again. They did amazing and quick work and the best pricing I’ve ever seen from a ac company. If your ac needs repairs call these guys they will make it happen for you and treat you right Ill never use anyone else again!
Called in the afternoon when I got home and realized my condo was hot and the outside unit wasn’t running. They came out in less than an hour and fixed my unit for a reasonable price. Thank you!!!!
Best in town and saved my unit! While most AC companies can fix a compactor or low refrigerant issue, Ricky and his son at One Call were the only one who repaired the more complicated wiring and water condensation issues of my central AC caused by another AC guy not doing the job right. Another company came before One Call simply told me to replace the fan motor and control board and a wait time of days for parts. Luckily I got suspicious and called Ricky for a second opinion.
