Ricky did an awesome job! He stayed late, troubleshooted, and went above and beyond to fix our AC and, honestly, it has never felt better or run better. I would absolutely call Ricky again.
One Call was phenomenal and super thorough! Ricky and his assistant are super knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the issue. They found an issue that most companies would have missed and saved us from a cold house this winter. Highly recommend One Call, they are amazing!
Had our A/C unit go out in the middle of the night, Rick and his son were there the next day and promptly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Not only were they courteous and knowlegeable, they were extremely fair on pricing and had the part right on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone on the island for prompt and great service. Thank you again gentlemen, A/C’s blowing cold and we are comfortable again!
