Love OBF. I go to this gym almost every day. Kyle, Kathryn, and the team are great. Equipment and amenities are top-notch.
This gym is such a great deal. It's unlike other larger options in Boulder and my favorite part is the community vibe they have invested in over the years. I've been going over 4 years and it's filled with all ages and members with a variety of fitness goals. Super staff, friendly and they know you by name.
Easily the best gym I have joined. Great locker rooms, clean facility, not very crowded and all the equipment I needed.

This place is amazing. Far beyond just an awesome affordable gym with pristine facilities and top notch fitness classes: OBF is a warm welcoming community of genuine people who want to support each other's fitness, health and LIFE goals. Everything a gym should be and more.
As a ONE Boulder (and it predecessor, the Pulse) member for more than 20 years, the club feels like family. It is an almost daily work break and each visit to the ONE is like recess was during grade school: a place to renew and revive. It is a community as much as it is a gym and I thank my lucky stars to have it as the resource that it has remained. Great people. Great place!
If you are looking for a gym with character this is your place. Easily the best gym I have ever belonged too. Everyone is friendly, and it is in a perfect location, highest reccomendation.
