I have loved my sessions at One Body. As someone who hasn’t done much yoga or Pilates I have been overwhelmed at how wonderful, professional and nurturing they have been to my efforts in the classes. They have help me build my confidence and made me feel so comfortable. I have also loved the HIIT classes. Highly recommend.
One Body Studio is the most stunning boutique gym on the Northside! I've thoroughly enjoyed my classes in the pristine, serene and supportive environment. It's a beautiful space to take time out for myself and see amazing results to my strength and flexibility, as well as my mood and self esteem. Can't wait to for my next class!
I love One Body! The pilates instructors and PT's are outstanding. Class times are good. The studio has a wonderful welcoming feel to it. I'd highly recommend to everyone.
Knowing Vanessa now for a few years and her passion for creating a special space to exercise - in and out- One Body Studio really has it all. What a great space to work out and what a warm space that calms already the mind as you enter the pilates room. I loved the reformer class and am highly recommending this very different gym as it is warm and personable and professional.
