AJ is great!! He encourages, challenges, and equips you with tools to reach your health goals!
This Experience here, was a whole nother level! From the cleanliness of the space, to how comfortable they made me feel, to the laughters we had, and most importantly the service was exceptional! I got the cryotherapy & the deep tissue stretch. And I thought I was properly stretching, until we did this session together! I will definitely be back & plan on setting up a packaged plan to do this more often! Thank you guys!
AJ has your best interests in mind and has a wide array of tools, knowledge & experience to help in both recovery & building a better body to live a better life. Highly recommended !
