They park lousy, we paid 11:38 and 11:48 when we returned to the car, a note came that said that we did not pay and that they would give us a ticket when we have the payment receipt. They are thiefs. We are going to claim and if they give us an infraction even with a payment ticket I will see if we can sue them.
