Horrible experience. Went in with my wife and son with good intentions. Once inside the bus hospitality went out the door. I had never donated before so I had a lot of questions but before answering anything we were halted with a repeating “But are you donating blood?”. I don’t know if these employees have been desensitized in customer care but donating blood is uneasy topic for a lot people. We still were going to give it a chance, but after more rude treatment within the bus I left without donating. DO BETTER.
If everybody's donating then why does the hospital charge an arm and a leg you guys say it's to save a life but at what cost because what if you have no insurance or the wrong insurance where is that blood going to go then why do people have to pay for blood if everybody's donating for free are you guys selling this blood to the hospital if so I think we should get at least 15 to 20% of it
