Horrible experience. Went in with my wife and son with good intentions. Once inside the bus hospitality went out the door. I had never donated before so I had a lot of questions but before answering anything we were halted with a repeating “But are you donating blood?”. I don’t know if these employees have been desensitized in customer care but donating blood is uneasy topic for a lot people. We still were going to give it a chance, but after more rude treatment within the bus I left without donating. DO BETTER.
