I never leave reviews unless it's absolutely necessary, but after looking at reviews for One Belmar, I was hesitant at first to stop by. However, after speaking to the office staff and touring the property with my grandma, we LOVE IT!! The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the ladies in the office—Cecillia and Brittnay—answered every question we had with patience and professionalism. Unsafe property – avoid We moved into One Belmar Place and within the first week there was a shooting on the property. Management never informed or supported residents after the incident. I never felt safe living there. Definitely not recommended.
☆☆☆☆ One of the most disturbing rental experiences I’ve ever had. We moved into One Belmar Place in December 2024, and from the very beginning, it felt unsafe and mismanaged. In the first week, there was a shooting on the property, and management offered no communication or support. I recently toured this property and Cecilia and Britney were extremely helpful! They were overly nice and very informative. I even happened to meet the maintenance guy Chris while on tour and he was so kind. I've never met such a welcoming team before!
I was a bit skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews, but after living here for 5 months, I can honestly say it’s been a much better experience than I expected. A big part of that is thanks to Britney, our leasing agent. She made the entire process of getting the apartment smooth and stress-free.
