I’ve lived here at One Belmar for sometime now and I’ve got to say my experience here has been wonderful. The staff has been great always greeting me with a smile and ready to help me with whatever issue big or small. This is a great place live!
I was helped by the manager Elena, she's very kind and gave me excellent service. She showed us the apartment and answered all our questions very well. Highly recommended.

One Belmar Place is in a great location with really nice amenities, and on paper it seemed like a perfect fit. I was excited to apply, but the process ended up being more frustrating than I expected. It felt very impersonal and rigid, relying heavily on automated screening tools. Even when you meet the basic requirements and provide all the necessary documentation, there doesn’t seem to be much room for context or understanding the whole situation of an applicant.
