I've been very pleased with my stay here. Management is pleasant to work with, my maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the property is clean, quiet, and safe. The Belmar Heritage Park right across the street has lakes full of ducks and geese, bike trails and horse trails - so it's a great place to get some fresh air, sunshine, and exercise without having to jump in the car and drive. Ellos nos mostraron el lugar y aceptamos aplicar a ese apartamento con ese precio por qué incluso dijo que tendría 8 semanas de alquiler GRATIS . El lugar me gusta pero está siendo un poco complicado el agarrar un apartamento aquí, sigo esperando un contrato de arrendamiento para firmar . ¿ Cuánto tiempo se tarda un correo con el contrato ? …. De verdad está siendo algo complicado este proceso Probablemente si llegara a vivir aquí cambie mi opinión pero por el momento creo que es algo complicado .
