The BEST wedding cake ever! Very accommodating with my budget! I loved the taste testing experience prior to the wedding! Beautiful and inviting cafe and tasting room! The cakes were all moist and the icing was the perfect texture and not too sweet! Our cake was so delish that it was gone before we were able to eat any of it! Everyone LOVED the flavors for our wedding cake and the buttercream was perfection! Georgia and Anna were amazing and accommodating through tasting, planning, organizing, everything!!! Brides, you will not go wrong with One Belle!!!! FIVE STARS!!!!

I was probably the most annoying bride ever. I changed our wedding cake like 2 or 3 times and adding/removing stuff all the time. Georgia was awesome and handle my indecisiveness very well!! The cake was beautiful, delicious and one for the highlights our vow renewal!! Guests are still talking about it!! Usually when you take home cake from a wedding, its dry within hours but, not One Belle cakes!! The cake still moist for a few days!!! Love One Belle!! Thanks for everything!!!

They made cupcakes for my book club each had a small book jacket of classic books. Besides looking great they tasted delicious.
Not only are the sweets delicious the bakery is owned by some of Wilmington's finest people. I have been in the wedding biz a long time and tend to "sample" the cake from time to time! I have to say One Belle Bakery is one of the best tasting companies around. ...and like I said, you will have a hard time finding nicer people to work with on your wedding or special event!
We ordered a cake for my son's 4th birthday party. It was a gorgeous two tiered cake--exactly what we wanted. I was ever more impressed with how delicious it was. We had the almond/hazelnut and chocolate chocolate chip with vanilla. My brother, who isn't a sweets fan, even took some home with him. I was surprised at how perfect it was since it wasn't covered with fondant (I don't care for fondant, but just assumed it was used because of how smooth the cake was). Very Pretty Owl cake for my daughters 7th birthday but did not taste good at all! None of the kids or guest would eat this cake that I paid a lot for! I was so embarrassed to say the least. Not ONE person out of 40 at a piece. They tasted it and threw it away.
