So one of the facilitator managers by the name of Jacquelyn Ward ever since I took on lease has been doing lil knock pick things to try and be a problem .Its like she get a kick out of being at odds with the tenants So she has made it her best to email me back and forth since I took on a new space. This company set their own company rules supposedly. They charged me a key deposit and I never got a key .Them the lady over there she dal out with pretty much every tenant . If you address something they need to do they. Will make excuses oh we have protocol but stuff they need to fix an do it t is an excuse it is so sad .
