I had attended the agency a few times and met with professionalism in the past; however, I was told a new provider would see me as my prior massage therapist had left. My appointment was at 9am and the new therapist notified the receptionist his uber would be late at 857am. He arrived at 9:25am and came through the doors like he was early for the appointment.
