Very disappointing experience as property owners. Nice staff, however, our property was badly damaged by a tenant, who didn’t pay rent for months. We are now many thousands of dollars out of pocket. Not well managed.
Emily and the One Agency team have been great to deal with over the last four years. Everyone in the office is responsive and take great care with getting things right the first time. Highly recommend for landlords and as a tenant.
