Found One Academy during the pandemic when they were doing outdoor classes, and never left! Amazing place to train with great instructors and a variety of classes, including both endurance and strength training. Positive vibes and a great sense of community also. Highly recommended!
Just adding to my review below from 10 months ago - One Academy keeps delivering! Their training programming leading up to Hyrox Toronto was excellent. The best gym to prepare you for any race you are training for, hands down… The best gym I have ever been to by far. The classes are challenging but fun and they will get you in shape fast! I started 6 months ago after a knee injury, so I modified the workouts at first, which is easy to do as they always show you options.
