Update! 3rd year in and still the best thing I have seen for fitness community. The programming continues to push me, the coaching continues to motivate and support me, the competitive events inside and outside the gym keep me engaged, the social events keeps me connected! Amazing.
How about taking your play groups to a track if they want to run instead of obstructing the neighborhood?
It’s been about a year and I can say it’s the best gym I’ve been to. Challenging and highly motivating with great trainers. Routines change often to keep stimulated. Earliest classes I’ve found to start the day with a bang. Highly recommend.
Training with Deanna has been one of the best gifts I’ve given myself! While the gym might seem intimidating at first, it’s actually such a welcoming and warm environment. Deanna brought such a positive and fun energy to every session that the time flies by. I leave happy, sweaty, more educated than I walked in, and in disbelief that we just worked out for an hour!
