One Academy is not only my fitness space, it is a community that introduced me to the world of triathlons and Hyrox, and a space to meet like-minded people. Cannot recommend enough this place.
I used to use ClassPass and was trying out different gyms around Toronto to see what I liked. I didn't know that I would end up using all of my credits on this amazing gym. Now I'm a full time member and I can't go anywhere else. The programming, the coaches, the community are all A++. I've also improved more in my fitness than I ever did on my own, better on my lifts and huge gains in my cardio (especially track Tuesdays with Jesse). There is no other gym like this in Toronto!
