James emailed me last Tuesday and said he’d be here 1/27/25 at 5pm but never showed. Can’t really say I’d trust them to protect my house if they can’t keep a simple appointment. Update: the tech called me at 5:30pm saying he was on his way. I told him James told me 5pm and he attempted to question what I was told like I was lying. Here’s the email.
