Great experience with Jason and Mark. They addressed all of my issues and didn’t leave until they were resolved. Amazing service!
We recently hired OnDuty SC for a Audio Visual project at our house and would highly recommend. They had great communication throughout the process. We appreciated how their team put together an intuitive estimate and upon arrival to our home, the project lead went through the quote line by line to ensure alignment as well as at the end of the project. Also great recommendations on solutions. Solid AV company to consider!
I had another great experience with OnDuty today. I had an issue with several of my routers going down with a power issue. Jason quickly identified the problem, gave me a fix and we were back up and running in no time. In addition he gave me some tips on our Sonos implementation which reflected changes and improvements since we intalled. I highly recommend the OnDuty team. Regardless of the specific technology youre interested in they have the knowledge to help optimize it in your environment.
