I had another great experience with OnDuty today. I had an issue with several of my routers going down with a power issue. Jason quickly identified the problem, gave me a fix and we were back up and running in no time. In addition he gave me some tips on our Sonos implementation which reflected changes and improvements since we intalled. I highly recommend the OnDuty team. Regardless of the specific technology youre interested in they have the knowledge to help optimize it in your environment.
We had a couple of problems with a router going out and our TV doing weird things, and needed help getting everything put back in order. Jason came out and took care of everything, and also reorganized our data closet so that everything in there was set up better. He also explained everything so that we knew what happened and what to do in the future.
On Duty has been amazing to work with. They installed a great security system that two known companies were not capable of installing. I was building a house, so I wanted a hard wired system. They had great installers and great folks to work with through the whole process.
