From front to back all the staff is caring and helpful. Due to a miscommunication on our end for my Dad's appointment it was cancelled and Dr Pamela worked him in. I appreciated this very much as I live 2 hours away and it's a challenge to get over for his appointments. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive and pleasant one. Dr. Onderko explains what she's doing and why as well as any doctor I've ever seen. She wrapped a compression bandage around my leg herself rather than having a nurse do it. Grateful my pcp referred me to her several years ago.
I have gone to Dr. Onderko several times now for care with my neuropathy and diabetes. She has always been professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend her to someone who is looking for foot care.
We were a patient of Dr Ondrerako since she was fired from Piedmont Othropedics. We went last month for our 3 months follow up. We sometimes have to see the NP at The Jones Center. My mom is 82 and she had just saw the NP and now they are saying that you have to see the MD. We should have been told that when I had to drag my ailing mother from Milledgeville to Macon.
