On Demand scheduled a viewing of our home through text message, which we accepted. We left our home 20 minutes before the review start time and remained absent for over an hour. The realtor never showed and, did not notify us of any delays or cancelations. We contacted our realtor who, in turn, contacted the On Demand realtor who had scheduled the viewing.
