Called On Deck around 10:30 in the morning with a leak in our main water line. Initially letting me know it could be next day, they ended up working me in around 2pm. They were quick and efficient with repairs and my water was back on before 4pm
Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. His guys came the very next morning and got everything sorted. This isn't the first time we've used On Deck. They also plumbed our new build home-flawlessly and in record time to keep our build on schedule. Best. Service. Ever.
I received an estimate for some plumbing with this company. I agreed to the price and I asked for the License information so I could submit to the county and they gave me the wrong License number. The following week we got on the same page on the License number shortly after the call ended I received another call by the sub contractor that the price will be a different price and gave me excuses on why.
