Our experience with OnDeck went very well from beginning to end. The project was completed within the expected time frame and communication with the office staff was courteous and expedient. The workers showed up on time every morning, are friendly and politely answered any questions we had. Fabulous experience! They aren’t the cheapest option but worth every penny (and no nickel and diming at the end). Showed up on time every day, sent a large enough crew to get the job done well and quickly, and paid attention to all the details. Absolutely would recommend and use again. My no maintenance/composite deck is beautiful.
We are so happy with the work that the OnDeck team did to resurface our deck with TimberTech synthetic decking materials and new railings. The entire project was completed in a week, and the entire team was a delight to work with. They were even able to create a special access panel to a water spigot that is located under the deck so that I can access it, which is something I have never been able to use in the 14 years we have lived here. I would definitely use OnDeck again!
Just want to say thank you to everyone at OnDeck for their professionalism, kindness, and great communication in our recent interactions with them.
