Took my son for grief counseling after the loss of his father but the therapist spent her time asking him if he’s being abused in the home instead of talking about his dad when there was zero reason for this line of questioning, I don’t feel they are qualified to handle grief in children so they look for other issues, this made me feel uneasy about the practice so decided it wasn’t a good fit, besides that there is never anyone at the desk, both appointments I waited and waited to be checked in, when you call no one answers,... read more
There was no consideration about medical emergency. Cancellation fee of $75 because of not being able to cancel it 24 hrs beforehand. Should we have known that there was going to be an emergency about to happen in the future? And even with a doctors note they said that they aren't even sure if it is going to be waived.
This is place is awful. Do not waste your time or money when there are far better places to go for mental health. I came here for help and didn’t get anywhere. You pay them and then they refuse to give over your medical records to social security or insurance. And I agree with the lady about credit cards, they really shouldn’t be requiring those be kept on file in order to be seen or get help.
