I have never in my life dealt with such poor service. I have been dealing with the same issue with no resolution. I keep getting the run around about what the next course of action is. I currently have sewage backing up in my basement. I opened a claimed in the beginning of May regarding issues with sewage line, they sent a plumber out and they agreed it needs to be replaced, we discussed during thier service call it would be best to reroute the service line so they didnt have to dig up my whole basement and front porch.. ap... read more

These people are a joke I'm going to DTE in the morning. Called on course for a washer repair, it's a nightmare getting through on their website. Finally got a live person he took the repair said someone would call with in 4 hours been 30 hours NO RESPONSE needed washer service called a local repair service they were out in 2 hours and fixed it. I will be canceling with on course tomorrow morning and going with DTE service plan Consumers used to take care of service I guess they sold it to someone else. Their company is not ... read more
