Called to request tree trimming associated with multiple outages and a previous fire. Clear that this was not routine but represented a potentially dangerous situation. Spoke with customer service rep and then supervisor. When I asked for email documentation of my report, the supervisor hung up on me. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced with no corporate concern about the safety of customers. Should not be in business. Where are regulatory agencies when you need them?
Terrible service and company. Worked with Albert (Bert) Garza and he was awful to work with, no communication.
I loathe this company with everything I've got. Never provide notices on any kind and remove your electricity for no reason. Please do not use them if you have a choice in who you'd put for your electric wiring.
Been sitting going on 12 hours with no status update, because they don’t have one. Be nice to talk to a human being, then arguing with a damn computer.
