First day of cold weather and the power is out. Complete incompetence.
I think most the reviews below me cover it so I’ll just leave you with one word…..pathetic.
I would post a zero if it were possible. Every “customer service rep” has no information period. Half tell you they are on their way then hours later someone else says they have no idea.
We lose power last Tuesday May 28th. Zip code 75050 due to Deadly Storm hits well at 85 almost 90 miles per hour and we have no choice to leave our home and find hotel for 5 days til power back on Saturday June 1ers all our food have to trashed and appliances failure to work properly we file a claim on line but after days for waiting Oncor to respond this matter finally DENiED the claim Oncor Sucks and we will proceed to General State Attorney …..
