They ruined our family vacation by delaying sending a technician out for 3 days when we've had no power but they say it's a "request" and not an emergency. Worst company ever.
I’ve been dealing Oncor for 20 years. It’s. I mostly deal with their Design team and their Service Men. The Design team always does a great job getting power to all my customers. Service Man are always there to help out with disconnect/reconnect And power outages. I just wanna say thank you to the team that has always helped me Jaime, Loren, Nicole, Carolina, Jennifer, Emanuuel, Ngun, Mandi, Angela, and Miriam. 8:52 pm in my new home with three kids in the cold called several times and still no power I set services up weeks ago when I called four times earlier in day you said you’d be turning it on now your office is closed and I am without wish I could give 0 stars
My area always has power outages, everyone else around my area always has power and we are the only ones without. Big joke on this company
