We had an outage recently and called for a repair. They were quick to disconnect power so repairs could be made, within an hour. Yet, asking for a tech to reconnect power is an issue. They're "backed up" allegedly. Yet telling me a tech would be out the day that it was scheduled. Tech never showed up within the time that was estimated. I called customer service and they reassurd me a tech was still on course to show up. After hours of waiting, a tech still did not show up.
