if i could give negative stars - Oncor would be the company. I've been trying for 6 months to get power out to a property. The project manager assigned is always too busy for follow up and i'm asking once a month for the next step - then i'll be informed that the previous step wasn't correct and i need to resubmit some paper work - oh, and is this the only company that hasn't heard of DocuSign??
