This company is straight trash I’ve lived in 3 states and have never had so many power outages yet they wanna charge me to keep using there trash service
You don’t have to care about customer service if you have a monopoly. Paid upfront for work that I ended up having to act as my own project manager and hound them to for updates and to complete. Third party contractor they hired (that I had no idea about) showed up, cut power, blocked my driveway and ran over fresh sod I just put down…vs using the driveway 1ft away. Then they want ME to submit some claim to get it fixed. Get stuffed, Oncor.
CASON with Oncor came out and diagnosed our issue within 30 seconds! He was knowledgeable, so courteous, and very professional. Thank you Oncor for employing people like CASON!
No accountability, slow, and outdated. Oncor needs to get it together. If I could fire them or give 0 stars I would.
I had power outage and Oncor service team was here and resolved issue expediently!!! Service techs were polite, courteous and informative. Kudos to these guys!
