I have been trying to get encore to have their subcontractor remove the debris they created on my business property. Of course the first thing Susan Caldwell says it's it's not their responsibility. This was an area under transmission lines that cross my property. Encore had the transmission line right of way cleaned up but they did not clean up the debris they left on lot 1 of All American Park. I have thought Susan Caldwell over this for months. They are the absolute worst! Our power went out due to a lightening strike at 5:30 pm not just ours but the other house on our property, this was middle of July in Texas! By 9 after being told it would be on at this or that time, NOTHING. We decided to get a hotel room, rightfully considering the temp. Tech finally showed up at 1:30 AM, 8 hours after going out. I’ve never lived in an area who had Oncor as a service provider. I’ve also only had a handful of power outages my entire life up until moving within their service area. Now I experience power outages approximately once a month to once every other month. 8/10 times it’s beautiful weather outside and it’s caused by vegetation. Every time I’ve seen the location of the problem, the trees and vegetation are cut back inches from the power lines. This company is straight trash I’ve lived in 3 states and have never had so many power outages yet they wanna charge me to keep using there trash service
