I was toad by the supervisor that they do not like black or hispanic people!! They put a switch hold on the house I moved into because they want me to pay the other person's bill. They are the big provider to these other companies. They are the big bullies. They can do whatever they want. They don't care how cold it is outside, They will let you and your family. Freeze the death if the person that lived in the house before you owes them Twenty bucks they don't care about anyone

The dumpsters need to not be under the power lines. Every time the trash is emptied the power lines get messed up or knocked down.
I live one block south of country club estates and haven’t had power since 3:30 AM. It would be helpful to know why we don’t have power six hours later but country club is up and running. None of encores websites will say what the problem is. Not the way to handle this Encore!!!
Thank you so much to all of the hard working employees!!! I had no electricity for 3 hours and the anticipated wait time was 2 and a half hours more. You guys are awesome!!
