Never freaking answer phone
We lost power for 3 days at the gas station on 7057 Ave . We had to rent a generator and when oncor showed up they handled it like the professionals they are !! Fernando Barelas & his crew took care of the situation with the transformer in the main line from the street pole & hooked up everything back on are service . Thanks a lot those guy don’t get the credit they deserve . Rain or sun or snow they out there risking their lives to get our power back and make sure we have the best electric service .
It's a shame when oncor can't even do their job. All these storms knock out the power because ocor won't trim the trees around north dallas and lake highlands. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Why there is not an option for no star or -10 star. One star is too good for Oncore 😡
