TERRIBLE! What a letdown. Today, we experienced a power outage at 3 am in the morning and didn't receive service until 9 am. 24/7 hours service is a joke. Not only did they come out way later, but they trash our backyard in order to fix the outage and left it. Completely irresponsible. To make matters worse, they cut our internet off, didn't apologize or alert us of the issues, and just drove off and left.
