The most trash electric delivery service 1st tell u power back in 5h then 6h then 8h then tell u they do not even know can be fix or not. Joke shitty company
I wish I can leave 0 stars to this horrible company!!!!! it's Freezing, and we are out of power for at least 5 hours, they say 5 but they always extend, i mean we were out of power last week for at least 6 hours, this is horrible we have kids, it's freeing to death, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! looks like you wait till last minute to get the job done and don't give a damn about the people.
This is bull shit. We don’t even need bad weather to loose power. They know they have problems in our area and they just keep put bubble gum and paper clips on it. They never fix it right so we keep going with out electric. Oncore should give everyone in east Plano free electric because of their sorry service really ain’t worth paying for.
