Outages in the Georgetown area every 2 weeks, on average. Doesn't matter what the weather is. I'm trying to run a business, and this company costs me a lot of money.
Absolutely unexcusable company and you can't say lack of customer service as there is zero. Even for emergency shut offs they will not ever pick up a phone or connect to a person. The automated system just hangs up. Currently been waiting for them to shut off power for a week for repairs.
On 04/09/24 at 9:00PM we lost power and we only regained power on 05/10/24. There was a storm that knocked down vegetation. When this outage was reported the automated response was: ONCOR IS AWARE OF AN OUTAGE IMPACTING YOUR ARE. THE CAUSE FOR THIS POWER OUTAGE IS VEGETATION AND IS IMPACTING APPROXIMATELY `163 CUSTOMERS. AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT HAVE A RESTORATION TIME BUY ARE WORKING QUICKLY & SAFELY TO RESTORE SERVICE. ONCOR is supposedly responsible for maintaining and repairing the following items: 1.
