Literally worst service you can find. Constant power outages with no details or ACCURATE time for service repairs.
Should be no star! Worthless! Have been dealing with constant outages for years and no improvement. Sharyland was horrible and now we have Oncor that is not better. It is actually getting worse! The PUC will do nothing either. I have filed a complaint and they won't do anything to help. They just blame it on VM, Vegetation management because that is what Oncor tells them. This is ridiculous. Third world countries have better service!
Absolutely ridiculous service! No tree maintenance has taken place in the 3 years we've been in our home...we sit off 69 right behind ONCOR! Never see a truck move unless it's their personal vehicles leaving at 3 pm everyday... Constant outages and the company has terrible maintenance routines on the equipment and vegetation around the equipment/lines. Aside from suffering for multiple days without power during the winter storms, it is a common occurrence for the power to randomly go out with long restoration periods. We did not experience these problems with the previous provider. And if you work from home, as many of us do, this causes issues with our employer. What service center? Do you mean the automated system & recordings? Been here for about a year, power goes off & on weekly,,,,, resetting our computers, thermostats, & appliances are now routine. If it rains or the wind blows, we can ritually expect an outage to last between 1-6 hours. Making plans to go solar!
