So far, my mum has had a great experience with Dr Tsoi. She has good bedside manner and has explained things very well. However, we have had a bad experience with her receptionist Rosanna. My mum, who is from a regional town 3h away from Perth, unfortunately left a blood test form at home. We emailed reception and called a few times but were unable to get through. Couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received from Dr Tsoi! She’s so thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in the best hands throughout my whole treatment and was confident and comfortable every step of the way! Thank you Dr Tsoi and Rossana!
