There is something wrong with the process, scheduling and lack of urgency for newly diagnosed cancer patients. It appears that there are too many patients using Sutter in the Sacramento area and there are too few doctors in Oncology and other areas. With the rapid influx of more people into the greater Sacramento area, then the medical resources will continue to be strained and scheduling of any appointments will go from weeks to months. All of the following is based on my experience and my personal OPINIONS so here we go…The PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR at this place is irresponsible, unorganized and DANGEROUS to the health of cancer patients.
