After being a long time patient of St Joe's for my RA infusions the Out patient Infusion Clinic The Nursing crew has changed. The Nurses are "very" different now and don't show the same care and compassion they used too. "It's Just there Job" type adittudes.. For 2 yrs I hoped things would get better and they actually got worse. Always a blood draw issue or their computer not tracking or updating info they got to the point they just always had a problem .. Every one are so nice.
Very nice staff always. This last time I had a severe allergic reaction to the vitamin bag. I couldn’t breathe it was scary but the team there went into action quickly and although it might of been just another day for them it meant the world to me how they treated me. They were so kind and took excellent care of me and made sure I was okay. Thanks so much !
I went here for infusions, and all of the staff was completely amazing. Everyone was kind, competent, and very educated about what they were doing. All of the staff seemed happy to be there, and took time to make sure all questions I had were answered. They never seemed rushed and took individual time to care for me. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10, no complaints.
Very nice Staff, courteous and understanding Nicole is her nurse this is the 2nd visit for Chemo 4 more to go !!
