I had called a few days ahead of my appointment to see if I needed a referral and was told I didn't. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front desk that I did need one. When I asked the lady at the front desk if she would inform the person who told me I didn't need one that I did really need one, she refused saying there are 2 separate sections. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE! I have been under the care of Dr. Kalman for 7 years and he is a wonderful doctor, but the office staff is rude, unorganized, unprepared and show ZERO regard for patients. Attendants keep patients on hold for 20-30 minutes and hang up the phone, lie to patients, overcharge patients, do not return phone calls, cancel appointments without notice, schedule appointments and charge patients no-show fees without notice or authorization from the patient, and completely disregard patient’s right. Do not go here if you actually care about your health. I am a current active patient and have been trying to get ahold of my doctor and his staff for an entire week. I have called multiple times with no answer and left messages with no return phone calls. They DO NOT care about their patients nor their health. I have a genuine medical/health question about my current health and current situation that doesn’t necessarily warrant a trip to the ER if they would just call me back. My mother, 94 years old, and I have been trying to get her a CT appointment that was ordered by Dr. Faria of O & H. The admin staff has been horrible. They have said on numerous occasions that they have sent the order to the testing facility, but when calling the testing facility they claim to not have received them. O & H Associates have placed us on endless holds, not answered messages left on voicemail and made zero effort to resolve the matter.
