Do not go here if you actually care about your health. I am a current active patient and have been trying to get ahold of my doctor and his staff for an entire week. I have called multiple times with no answer and left messages with no return phone calls. They DO NOT care about their patients nor their health. I have a genuine medical/health question about my current health and current situation that doesn’t necessarily warrant a trip to the ER if they would just call me back. My mother, 94 years old, and I have been trying to get her a CT appointment that was ordered by Dr. Faria of O & H. The admin staff has been horrible. They have said on numerous occasions that they have sent the order to the testing facility, but when calling the testing facility they claim to not have received them. O & H Associates have placed us on endless holds, not answered messages left on voicemail and made zero effort to resolve the matter.

I called a day before my appointment and referral staff told me that everything is fine and once I got there I’ve been told to reschedule, very rude and unprofessional staff, wasted my time and drove over 15 miles for no reason, definitely not recommended!

Dr. R.Faria advised my mother . His staff and he were very well prepared. They were incredibly nice and understanding. They were friendly. Great staff. Dr. Faria took all the time my mom needed. He was sociable and explained all of her options in a simpler way that she could understand. He took into account her hard of hearing. He was quite endearing and trustworthy. Very unusual and wonderful man.
