I know there have been complaints about staff but when I see her she's the only one there, answers the door, takes payment, sees the patient, and schedules your next appointment. Staff is friendly and attentive and the The Doctor is as kind as can be.
I am a new patient and my first impression was where has Dr Alexander been all my life. Dr. Alexander truly cares about her patients. She took extra time to ensure that she provided the best health care for me. Through her education, training and experience you can definitely tell she is the best doctor around. I started seeing Dr. Alexander in 2006 after years with another insurance company that did some questionable things. I really like seeing her and have refered her to other female friends past the OB stage.
For the first time in a long time I felt like I had a doctor who cared. It was very refreshing.
Dr. Alexander is by far the best doctor around when it comes to being a Obstetrician & Gynecologist. She has made me feel very comfortable talking about the cancer i have and answers my questions. She assures me and makes sure that my prescriptions are filled and visited me at the hospital. She has great bed side manner.
