I’ve been a patient at this office for a few years now due to iron deficiency anemia. I initially was a patient of Dr. Chedid but Dr. Alkadimi is my doctor now. He’s incredibly kind, truly listens and is very thorough. The nurses in the infusion area and just the entire staff in general have been nothing but outstanding since I’ve been a patient here. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Alkadimi and this location!
Monica at the front desk was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She barely assisted anyone and spoke to patients like they were an inconvenience. The way she talks to people in an oncology office is shocking — patients here deserve compassion and basic respect, not attitude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Check in was easy. Staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel comfortable on site. Back staff was great checking blood pressure and weigh in. Wait time for doctor was normal about 15 minutes. Office was very neat and clean. Scheduling next appoint and lab work schedule was a breeze with staff members.
