This place is a joke! It was like a part time job to get a hold of someone on the phone. I tried almost 3 months to schedule an IV iron, and today is the day that I am finally giving up. I am not even sure if this place actually exists at this point.

Tina was absolutely amazing as a phone operator! She went above and beyond in every way to help me and made sure every single one of my questions was answered clearly and completely. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism really stood out, and she never made me feel rushed or like anything was too much trouble. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. It’s rare to get service this exceptional—Tina truly exceeded all expectations. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!

had three appts 1st one over an hour late 2nd one over 45 minutes late dr Nguyen and associates need better office management. This place is ridiculous. If they can't keep appts don't schedule them And he terminates you if you post about it

Iron infusion was recommended at my past TWO appointments. NO insurance auth was sent to request the recommended iron infusion for anemia in the fall after my surgery, as confirmed by my discussion with Aetna care manager. Upon my 3 m f/u, of course I'm still deficient and was told I needed an iron infusion. "Give about a week to get auth back and will be called to scheduled." Almost two weeks AFTER my appointment, I called (multiple calls!!!) to try to get an update and finally get a call back to be told the order was just ... read more
