Not the review that you wanna have to give… Because that means that I had cancer…. However, being that I had cancer, this is the place that I am beyond grateful that I found! Dr. Alattar and her team are beyond amazing! Being diagnosed is one of the scariest things anyone could ever hear but having an amazing ONCOLOGY team makes it so much better! Okay so I've never been there before and you might be thinking why are you giving a review so I mean if its therapy im tryna look for some in my spring area but from the reviews I've seen I wouldn't mind driving 1 hour because this looks very professional. So to be fair ima rate it 1 because I've never been there im looking but just asking.
This place is a joke! It was like a part time job to get a hold of someone on the phone. I tried almost 3 months to schedule an IV iron, and today is the day that I am finally giving up. I am not even sure if this place actually exists at this point.
Tina was absolutely amazing as a phone operator! She went above and beyond in every way to help me and made sure every single one of my questions was answered clearly and completely. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism really stood out, and she never made me feel rushed or like anything was too much trouble. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. It’s rare to get service this exceptional—Tina truly exceeded all expectations. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!
Doctors are okay. Office is terrible.
