i was trying to get my baby set up for a therapist and i received a call from Veronica Hernandez… that lady was a complete mess. she was not rude but when talking to me, she seemed like she was possibly on drugs. she could not finish a thought/ sentence, and she did not seem to know what was going on. she then canceled on a scheduled evaluation and ghosted me after. it sucks even more when your baby is needing therapy and people like this are playing with a baby’s livelihood.
