Had the shop measure and order a suit rental for my dad for our wedding in Spearfish. He unfortunately lives out of town and with the wedding also being out of town, the suit did not come in time for my father to try it on prior to pick up. The white button up shirt was down to my dad’s knees, the jacket sleeves came up to mid forearm, and the pants were above his ankles. This is the 2nd time I have been there! It has been several years since I have been there. Great service, great prices, and very good customer service!!
Girls in the store were great. Super nice and willing to tailor and accommodate as needed. However, we were severely disappointed with the atmosphere as well as the selection of wedding dresses. In my opinion, they should choose whether they want to be a prom or bridal shop instead of trying to do both in such a small, run down space. There should be more than one pedestal and mirror, especially with adult AND teen customers. We weren’t very impressed.
Excellent customer service!!! Dawn went out of her way to help us while in a bind. Thank you so much for being my savior! This was my 1st experience renting a suit and the ladies were so friendly and helpful during the entire process. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful!
