Poor "chair-side manner" My children saw this dentist for about a year or so. While I felt her attitude towards me was very condescending, the kids seemed to be fine with her, so we continued with dental care. This last dental cleaning visit, however, was the lat straw. She made a very unprofessional comment to my 9 year old child. I appreciate her passion for dentistry, but her "chair-side manner" was terrible.
just my opinion My first visit didn't go well. However, the dentist has since addressed all issues I had previously....They are working hard to correct all the problems. I have to give them a lot of credit for that.
The best! This is the first dental office I have ever been to where the dentist did not make me fell bad about my teeth! The staff was all very professional and courteous. Also the dentist is very gentle, I had 4 teeth pulled out and didn't have near the amount of pain while healing that I have had after any other dental procedure. Highly recommended. Also, I drive over 4 hours to go to them, that should tell you their service is excellent!
First Rate Care Once Upon a Smile provides our family with excellent service. They are very prompt and competent. They truly care about your dental well being. If they are running behind in the schedule the credit your account the same amount you would have to pay if you showed up late. They have flexible scheduling options as well.
Find Another Dentist-Do Not Recommend Once Upon A Smile is the most unprofessional place a business that I've had the displeasure of doing business with. The doctor and staff do not know how to treat children positively and treat parents with respect. The doctor is rude and condescending and the staff is not much better. The doctor and staff were not gentle, nice nor did they treat him anything like how the describe on their website. RecommendedToday was my wife and I’s first time at OUAS from the moment we pulled into the parking lot at 6:45am Doctor Beltgens welcomed us at our car with a hand shake and a welcome to her business that went a long way with us we have never had that kind of service. We both have very high anxiety when it comes to dentistry so to say we were both nervous about our appointments was a understatement. I have never seen any office, dental or otherwise, more organized and efficient, and at the same time, thorough and painstakingly detailed in my care. They don't see me as a pair of chatter teeth. They see me as a person who has teeth, and feelings, and nerves. I can't imagine going to another dentist. Even the ones before that I thought were good, are just "meh" compared to Dr. Beltgens and her whole staff. Heck, even their restroom is nicer than mine!
