I stopped in to get a row and ended up leaving so much more knowledgable. Sally was wonderful and answered all my questions about quilting and machines. I am from out of state so it is very unlikely I will be able to visit this store again yet she went out of her way to show me around and explain things. I sure wish they'd move to Michigan, they would certainly get all my business!
Terrible customer service...very unfriendly.
I signed up for a class and received a call from the owner because, I was reported by another classmate because a brief discussion took place if we were going to hand quilt or have our finish product quilted by machine. Other students mention the Quilt Shop does nice work however the turn around time was around 30 days. I handed out another business owner card of a quilter.
